Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before adding money to your wallet or buying gift cards on Bill Bazaar. By using the wallet or purchasing a voucher, you agree to these terms.
1. Wallet & Top-ups
- Money added to your Bill Bazaar wallet is held as prepaid balance for purchasing gift cards (and other supported services).
- Top-ups are made by paying to our UPI ID (the displayed UPI ID) and submitting the UPI reference / UTR of your payment.
- Top-ups are verified manually. Your wallet is credited only after we confirm the payment in our bank account. This usually happens during our working hours.
- Submit the correct UPI reference (UTR). Each UTR can be used only once. Fake, duplicate or unverifiable references will be rejected and no balance will be credited.
- If your payment cannot be verified, the top-up will not be credited. Contact support with your payment proof for assistance.
2. Payment Verification Timing
- Payments submitted during our working hours are typically verified the same working day.
- Payments submitted outside working hours, on holidays or during high volume may be verified on the next working day.
- Wallet balance reflects only after successful verification — not immediately after you pay.
3. Gift Cards / Vouchers
- Gift cards are purchased using your wallet balance. The voucher amount is deducted from your wallet.
- Vouchers are issued by the respective brands through our supply partner. Availability, denominations and terms are set by the brand.
- Once a voucher code / PIN is generated and shown to you, the purchase is final and non-refundable, as the voucher is equivalent to cash.
- If a voucher fails to generate after purchase, the amount is automatically refunded to your wallet.
- Each brand may have its own validity, redemption channel (online / in-store) and usage instructions. Please read them before purchase. Bill Bazaar is not responsible for expiry or misuse of voucher codes after delivery.
- Keep your voucher code / PIN confidential. We cannot reissue a code that has been shared, lost or already redeemed.
4. Refunds
- Successfully delivered vouchers are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
- Failed voucher orders are auto-refunded to your wallet balance.
- Wallet balance is non-transferable and (unless required by law) non-withdrawable as cash.
5. Pricing
- Voucher prices and any discounts are shown at the time of purchase and may change without notice.
- You pay the amount shown at checkout from your wallet.
6. Fraud & Misuse
- Submitting false payment references, using another person's payment, or any fraudulent activity will result in rejection and may lead to account suspension.
- We may withhold or reverse credits obtained through error or fraud.
7. Support
For any payment, wallet or voucher issue, contact our support with your top-up reference or order ID. Providing the UPI reference / UTR helps us resolve faster.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the wallet and gift cards constitutes acceptance of the latest terms.
