Before you delete your account
- Your wallet balance cannot be refunded after deletion.
- All purchase history and voucher records will be permanently deleted.
- Vendor store listings and product data will be removed.
- This action cannot be undone.
How to request account deletion
Send a deletion request email
Click the button below to open a pre-filled email. Include your registered mobile number or email address so we can identify your account.
We verify and process your request
Our team will verify your identity and process the deletion within 30 days of receiving your request.
Confirmation sent
You'll receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been deleted.
Email us to delete your account
This will open your email app with a pre-filled deletion request.
What data will be deleted
Data retention: Certain transaction records may be retained for up to 90 days after deletion as required by applicable law and for fraud prevention purposes. After that period all data is permanently erased.
