How to use your The Collective gift card
Online
- 1Customer should open this link https://wwwthecollective.in/myaccount/wallet from the browser
- 2If he is an existing customer they should login with e-mail ID / mobile number if he is a new customer they have to create an account.
- 3Once customer logged-in they will land on below page. And they should click on button which is on right hand side “ADD GIFT CARD”
- 4Once click of “ADD GIFT CARD” button a pop-up will appear where customer should enter the 16-digit e-gift card number and 6-digit PIN and click on “ADD TO ACCOUNT” button
- 5Once the card is validated, the amount will be added to American Eagle Credits which indicates the E-gift card redemption is successful
- 6Finally, customer can use this credits in checkout summary page in “APPLY COUPONS & PROMOTIONS” section.
In-store
- 1Customer visit The Collective, Hackett London, Ted Baker, Fred Perry stores in India
- 2Customer completes shopping and proceeds to billing
- 3Customer presents e-gift card code (card no and Pin) to Cashier
- 4Cashier punches in bill
