How to use your StayVista gift card

- 1Go to stayvista.com
- 2Enter your destination, dates, and guests.
- 3Browse and select your preferred villa.
- 4Click Book Now and fill in the guest details.
- 5In the “Coupons and Offers” section click on “Future Stay Voucher / Giftcard” (next to Coupon Code).
- 6Input your voucher / gift card code and click on apply.
- 7Ensure the gift card value is deducted from total price.
- 8Pay the remaining amount (if any), and confirm the booking.
💡 After purchase, your voucher code appears instantly in My Vouchers. Keep it safe — treat the code like cash.
Terms & conditions
- Comes with the validity of 12 months and can be accepted on stayvista.com and the mobile application.
- Gift Cards must be applied prior to completing payment and cannot be applied retrospectively to confirmed bookings.
- Gift Cards may be used for full or partial payment of a booking.
- If the booking value exceeds the Gift Card amount, the balance must be paid using available payment methods.
- If the booking value is lower than the Gift Card amount, the remaining balance shall be retained and may be used for future bookings within the original 12-month validity period.
- Gift Cards cannot be combined with other promotional offers, including coupon codes or bank discounts, unless explicitly stated otherwise by StayVista.
- Gift Cards cannot be used for security deposits, on-property payments (unless explicitly enabled)
- No returns and no refunds on Gift cards, E-Gift cards and E-Gift vouchers.
