How to use your Redbus gift card

- 1Go to “My Account” section to access “Gift Card” tab
- 2Add your 16 digit gift card code and PIN to redeem your gift card
- 3Alternatively, on the payment page also, you can choose to redeem your gift card by tapping on “Have a redBus gift card?” section
- 4You can use this redBus wallet to make bookings on redBus

Terms & conditions
- Comes with a validity of 12 months and can be used at www.redbus.in and the mobile application.
- The redBus wallet limit is INR 10,000 only
- Once the initial value loaded onto the card is exhausted, it cannot be reloaded or topped up.
- You cannot withdraw cash from a gift card, nor can you transfer the balance to another person's wallet or bank account.
- If you have an amount in redBus the wallet from multiple sources, the amount uploaded via the gift card will always be prioritised while utilising the wallet amount for payments.
