How to use your Dominos gift card
Online
- 1Open the Domino’s app, add your items to the cart, proceed to payment options, select Gift Card / e-Voucher, and enter the code.
- 2If any balance remains after applying the voucher, select Pay in Cash; (or the appropriate payment method) to complete the transaction.
💡 After purchase, your voucher code appears instantly in My Vouchers. Keep it safe — treat the code like cash.
Terms & conditions
- Comes with the validity of 6 months and is accepted only on the Domino's India Mobile App. It cannot be redeemed directly at Domino’s outlets.
- One Gift card can be used in a single transaction.
- Partial activation is not allowed. This Gift card can be activated only once and cannot be reloaded or revalidated.
- Gift card/e-Pay can be clubbed with existing offers. However, it cannot be redeemed on specific block-out dates as updated by Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd./Domino’s on its website.
- The GV can be converted into e-Pay at the holder's convenience.
- The GV/e-Pay balance cannot be transferred to another e-Pay account, exchanged for cash, or converted into any other currency.
- The e-Pay balance must be linked to the registered mobile number.
- After conversion into e-Pay, partial redemption is allowed. The remaining balance will stay in the e-Pay account for future transactions within the validity period.
